A research-based approach centered on "Plan-Do-Review" and active, hands-on learning.

We use the name only to describe the tradition that inspired a lesson. Our materials are original works inspired by these ideas — not official curricula — and all trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.
Grew out of the Perry Preschool research in Ypsilanti, Michigan, beginning in the 1960s.
Lessons tagged HighScope are inspired by these ideas — planning, doing, and reflecting through active learning. They are original Early Atlas activities, not an official HighScope curriculum.
